The 6 Phases of Engineering
Our manufacturing process is a closed-loop ecosystem of excellence, transforming raw limestone into high-performance cement through eco-friendly mining, grinding and thermal fusion.
Limestone Mining
The journey begins at the source: the superior limestone deposits of Chittorgarh, naturally low in alkalis and chlorides.
Limestone Crushing
Before the limestone reaches the mills, it must be uniform. This stage ensures the raw mill input is physically perfect.
Limestone Grinding
Limestone is pulverised using Vertical Roller Mills (Pfeiffer, Germany) to achieve a cloud-like consistency.
Pre-Heating/Pre-Calciner Clinkerization
Before entering the kiln, the raw mix undergoes an intensive 6-stage pre-heating process in an In-Line Calciner (ILC) tower.
Cement Grinding
Clinker is blended with high-grade gypsum to precisely regulate setting times and enhance on-site workability.
Cement Packing
The process concludes with zero-intervention packaging.

Our primary source is the Nimbahera-Chittorgarh belt in Rajasthan. This region is geologically unique for its high Calcium Carbonate content and minimal trace impurities like alkalis and chlorides, providing the ideal chemical foundation for high-strength cement.
Gypsum is added during the final grinding stage to retard the setting time, giving masons the perfect window to work with the cement before it hardens.
We use NONEL eco-friendly blasting, advanced dust-collection multiclones, and German-engineered mills designed for maximum energy efficiency.
Our QC process continuously monitors particle size, ensuring every bag matches the exact technical blueprint of the one before it.
