Frequently Asked Questions

Our strategic network currently boasts a total cement capacity of 21.5 MTPA (Million Tonnes Per Annum). This is powered by our 13.8 MTPA clinker capacity and a high-speed network of five grinding units.

Consistency is maintained through automated Robotic Quality Control and POLAB® technology. Whether the cement is produced at our integrated plant in Rajasthan or a grinding unit in Gujarat, our "Digital Brain" scans every batch to ensure a uniform 03-30 micron particle size, eliminating error.

Our plants are built in technical collaboration with global leaders such as ThyssenKrupp (Germany), Pfeiffer (Germany), and Loesche. This ensures our machinery operates at the highest international benchmarks for efficiency and strength.

Yes. Our plants utilise Waste Heat Recovery Systems (WHRS) to generate green power and operate on a Zero Liquid Discharge basis. We also utilise high-efficiency bag filters to ensure our emissions are well below the regulatory norms, aligning our growth with the preservation of Bharat’s environment.

By positioning our units in Haryana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat, we minimise lead times and transport stress on the cement. For large-scale infrastructure, this means receiving fresher cement with higher reactive strength, delivered precisely when the project timeline demands it.

Absolutely. Our facilities are NABL accredited and produce grades (PPC and OPC 43/53) that exceed BIS standards. Our track record with projects like the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFCC) and the Mumbai Coastal Road proves our capability to meet the most rigorous institutional specifications.
