Mr. Vimal Patni

Mr. Vimal Patni, the youngest of the three brothers of the Patni Family decided to change the course of the family business. A family that was traditionally known to be globally a Marble mining and manufacturing business, he changed track & took complete charge of the plans & processes of diversification in the cement arena. He went about this task in a completely systematic and purposeful manner with the obsessive objective of setting up a world class Cement manufacturing company. He launched and created a brand rooted in the consumer centric values of quality, trust, and transparency. Right from the beginning, he was very purposeful about the company’s future, its pace of growth, and its expansion goals.

Once the company was allotted mine of limestone in Nimbahera, he began a dialogue with industry leaders and experts, as well as consulting with best in class consultants on the factory blueprint. Though he was still learning the nitty-gritty of the cement trade, this go-getter worked untiringly from the foundation stage of the factory to the point of production, to set up an industry benchmark-setting infrastructure across a massive 1050 hectares. At the core of the mission is trusting his people. Once he aligns a task he lets his leaders run the show, this practice has given him rich dividends.

Mr. Vimal Patni is at the helm of all production activities, but yet finds time to pursue his pet passion for creating jobs and opportunities for the youth. In his current position of influence, he spares no effort in making these jobs a reality for the youth.

At the same time, he is also very particular about promoting best corporate practices, fostering a strong work ethic, and furthering a cleaner and greener environment. Traveling and exploring new countries is his hobby, but so is regular philanthropic activity.
