After completing his schooling in Udaipur, he pursued both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Regent’s University, London, where he developed a global perspective and a strong foundation in business management. Upon returning to India, he immersed himself in the dynamic and highly competitive cement industry, gaining hands-on experience across key business functions and developing a comprehensive understanding of the sector.

As a Director, Mr. Rishabh plays an instrumental role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving its long-term vision. He provides dynamic leadership across operations and business initiatives, with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, sustainability, and value creation specially in the field of digitalisation by using the latest AI techniques.
